Get mostly recent items on SalesForce

I want to take the latest salesforce data and fill in a list in sharepoint. Currently I can already get the data and fill in the list, but due to the large amount of items only recovers the old items (200). So I would like to take only the latest ones to be able to fill in the file

    Use the advanced options to define the sort order and item count.
