Enable create new record in multi table look up field in portal

Hi, so I have a lookup field in the portal.

I have successfully enabled the create new record with the field External Individual.

But in the external party I can't make it enabled:

Found out that this field is multi table look up

Is there anyway to enabled create for multi table lookup?? Thank youu
