Hi everyone

I'm newbie for Power Automate.

I have an idea but need your suggestions.

When customers put orders from our website, and email will send to customer with a button or check box or selected box.... with the content YES/NO. Then send back to us.

How can we design the body email with this purpose?

is there any action for this on Power Automate.

Thanks

I would assume you want to do this as a cloud flow, right? That's because a cloud flow will have triggers available, so you can probably find one that will allow you to run the flow automatically when a new order is received, whereas in desktop flows you would either need to run the flow manually, or still have a cloud flow invoking it.

The reason I'm asking is because you posted this in the forums for desktop flows. The solution to your question will be completely different based on whether you want to build it in cloud flows or desktop flows. So, please elaborate.

    Hi @Agnius

Yes, I'm using Power Automate Desktop and plan to run manually in first time period, then I will update the license later.

However I would like to focus in the body email with confirmation button or something than trigger to run the flow.

    Thanks @Agnius

Well, adding a button to an email body is really just a bunch of HTML stuff. See this article for reference: https://raelyntan.com/email-button/

The issue with this, however, is that if you want a button to make the client reply to you with some standard message will in fact be tricky. This might be blocked by some email apps (and for good reasons). Might actually make more sense having some web resource where they would be directed to via a URL. But you'd need to actually build a page for that.
