How to put multiple "Starts with" or "Contains" in an if statement in PAD

Hi guys,

 

I wanted to know if its possible to put multiple "Starts with" or "Contains" in an if statement in PAD. If there is, what is the syntax for that? Other option I know is nested if-else statements. Do let me know.
