Overview: the faculty will submit the presentation scores using the form. An email will be triggered to the learner with the pdf attachment of the score card.

Problem area: the faculty will have the choices to select the student details. ie. “Student name: email address” (Nithin Jayaram: nithinjayaram3@gmail.com.

1. During triggering the email, “To” field should extract only the email address, ie <<nithinjayaram3@gmail.com>>

2. In the email body, student name should be extracted and printed, ie. Dear <<Nithin Jayaram>>

Please help me to sort this issue!

@Anonymous ,

You could use the split() function with ':' as your delimiter.
split(YourStudentDetailsField,':')
This will return an array.

You can get the Name using first(split(YourStudentDetailsField,':'))
Email can be extracted as s last(split(YourStudentDetailsField,':'))
