Flow Failing - is equal to

I have created a flow to send an email when the status of an item is changed from In Progress to Closed.  Because the flow was not working based on the Status Column = "Closed" I created another column (calculated), isClosed, with formula =If(Status="Closed", True, False).

For the flow, the condition is isClosed is equal to true.  (I also tried "Yes" because the isClosed calculated column displays as Yes/No.  Neither work.  When the flow runs, the condition always results as false.  Please assist in resolving.  Thank you.isClosedColumn.jpgisClosed.jpgisClosedFlow.jpg

    Hi @ tianaranjo,

    I have made a test on my side, the value “Yes” or “No” in the calculated column would be automatically converted into “1” or “0” in flow, so you couldn’t use “true” and “false” or “Yes” and “No” to compare with the value of the calculated column.

    For you situation, please refer to workaround below:

    1. Add a trigger “When an item is created or modified”, fill in the “Site Address” and “List Name” field.
    2. Add a Condition, click the “Edit in advanced mode”, fill in the condition with expression below:

    @equals(triggerBody()?['Closed'], '1')

         3. Add action “Send an email” in the “If yes” branch of the “Condition”, fill in the Email Address, Subject and Body.

    The screenshots of the flow as below:

    When the value of “isClosed” column changed to “Yes”, the flow would run successfully as below:

    Alice - thank you for the reply. It resolved my issue.  The other issue I am running into at this time is a second condition with time.  I have set a column to add 2 days (DueDate) to the date an item was created.  I would like the email to send if DueDate has passed.  The formula I entered is: timeStampCondition.jpg

    Can you assist with this one also?

    Thanks!
