Filtering Gallery based on two value options

Trying to set up the filter for my gallery, Need to filter the "Status" to show "Open" and "In Process". Currently only shows Open items

    Plz try this formula's

             Filter('Hazard Hunt', 'Assigned To:'.Email = User(), Status.Value ="Open" || Status.Value ="In Process")
                                                                           (Or)

            Filter('Hazard Hunt', 'Assigned To:'.Email = User(), ( Status.Value ="Open") || (Status.Value ="In Process"))

    Hello mattman122,
    Could you please try creating a dropdown list that contains the data of the states, and based on the selection, use the formula "Filter(Collection, Status.Value = Dropdown.Selected.Value)" to filter the collection
