Hello There
I am getting a problem with resetting the toggle, once the form has been submitted I needed the toggle to be reset to default.
Please let me know the solution to this.

I am assuming it is for a boolean (Yes/No) field type. To clear all values add javascript to your portal page

});
Alternatively you can access the radio items individually using their id's the options will be the fieldname_0 and fieldname_1 respectively.
