I'm building a flow that uses the ADOBE 'When an agreement workflow is completed' trigger action.

The document that is returned, contains the name of the employee.

The document name pattern is something like 'Employment Agreement - SMITH John' or 'Contract Renewal - SMITH John'

The document needs to be saved to an appropriate folder in a SharePoint Library as follows.

Documents/Employees/ [Branch Name] / [Employee Name]

The employee folder does already exist in SharePoint because that is where the agreement saw sent from.

But on the return leg, I don't know which [Branch Name] they are in - and this is not reflected in the document name.

I therefore need a way to be able to find the employee folder and return the path so that I can save the agreement accordingly.

The attached image shows a summary of my process thus far.

All ideas appreciated.
