Hello, currently i am working on a leave application. I have a sharepoint list where there is information about each employee, in the list there is a column called "Hire Date" with that column i need to calculate the years that have passed since the employee is at the company and save it in another column. Then each time an employees years since hire column change i also need his leave balance to increase.

For example, if an employee was hired on September 20, 2020 curently his "Years since hire" column will be 0 aswell as his "Leave Balance" column but when September 20, 2021 comes i want "Years since hire" column to increase to 1 and "Leave Balance" to 15
