Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am trying to install CoE starter Kit but I am getting some errors while trying to open some utility Apps (Admin-Envronment Request, Maker - Environment Request, etc) created by the CoE starter kit. Below is the error message I get while trying to open the apps. Please, what am I doing wrong? And what type of plan/license will solve this problem for me?
