AI Builder: Document Processing for Semi Structured Documents

Hello everyone,

I am getting the following error on POwer Automate AI Builder Document processing for Unstructured documents: Fields could not be loaded for this document. Try again.

Initially, I thought there might be discrepancies in the documents I uploaded but when I created a new model, I am getting the same error. Has anybody experienced the same issue?

I have the same problem for structured documents.

I did tests on 2 different accounts on more than one model, all with the same problem.

Any updates on this issue? I noticed that this is quite frequent, the AI Builder model doesn't allow me to train invoices/ label fields and I get the same error.

I get the same error. Any update for this problem?

I'm testing in different accounts and different models. My license was updated Monday.

My PDF has only 4 pages, the problem continues on new models. I can't train anything.
