Post an adaptive card to more than one channel in Teams

Hello, I have been using Adaptive Cards to notify my colleagues of upcoming vacation/out of office. I work with people in multiple Teams with multiple channels. Last time I did this, I had to edit/update the Team and Channel fields in the workflow and run the flow a separate time for each of the Team/Channel combinations I wished to inform by posting the card.

I am wondering if there is a way to specify all the Team/Channel combinations at once, so I don't have to go back and edit the flow between each run. I guess I could simply duplicate the "Post Adaptive Card" action seven times and list one of the Team/Channel combos in each action block---however, I was hoping for a more elegant solution.
