Hi

I have a on a selected item multiple approval flow. On the second approval the approver has folowing options:

if value>=10000 the approver approves item and flow goes to third approver - this is i iknow how to achieve

but if value<=10000 the second aproover can approve this item himself but also this second approver wants to have a possibility to send manualy request to third approver.

How can i achieve this in a already running flow?

    Two options:

    1) Set the Approval to use Custom Responses.  Make the Responses Approve, Reject, Forward Approval.

    2) Do the same thing using Send Email with Options (This doesn't require a premium license like #1)

    Hi

Yes premium options does not fit else i need to purchase p1 for almost whole tenant.

second option is much better but i understand i will loose comments functionality on this case.

What also came to my mind there is a possibility in flow portal to transfere approval to other user just have not tried how it works. if it also send an email and reasigned aproover can approver using mail then it should be fine. Need to test it

YOu can reassign an Approval from inside the Flow web site, but I don't know of any way to do that from inside the Flow itself or the email that is sent out to the Approver.

I just tested it and it reasigns but has no comments functionality. I see this feature is already requested in user voice
