One drive connector error

i having one power automate flow, were i am using the one drive connector for converting the word file to PDF file. now i am facing the below error for some users only. due to this error, PDF not being generated.
 
"Error from Office Service. "Url=https://wordcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=BadRequest"
