Why is there no Action to UPDATE a ROW in Excel for OneDrive for Business ? Currently, there's Update Row for Excel for personal One Drive ?
I have to do a work around to mimic the update ROW by
1. first getting the ROW which is supposed to get updated
2. adding a new ROW (this new row contains the updated fields from my datasource
3. deleting the row from step# 1
this is such a roundabout way 😞

The action "Update row" in Excel for OneDrive for Business is not suppoted in microsoft flow currently,
I afraid that you could only achieve your needs with the workaround you provided in Microsoft Flow currently.
