Flow is not starting

Hello,

I created a flow which should start to send email after office form is submitted. There is no any error in the flow but it not starts. I should open it and just to click Save button (without any edit) and go back to the flow list then the flow sends the email notifications as it should wo. Can anybody help here?

Ok, cool. And when you look at past runs, there's nothing there? (just stepping through to make sure I understand the situation correctly).

There are succeeded runs which are after first test run and runs that are started like I mentioned in my first post.

Hello,
Do you have a solution to that issue?
In my case the Flow does not start anymore.
