Hi, I am new to Automate and I have trouble selecting the right trigger and action.
I want to create a flow to update the status of my documents by creating a new column which are:
Active - for documents that last modified within a year
Pending - for documents that last modified for a year
Closed - for documents that last modified for 2 years or more
I tried to use “For a selected file” as the triggering but it doesn’t seem to work. Is there anyone can sort me out? Many thanks!
Hi there. For this, would something like a recurrence trigger work? You could schedule the flow to run once a day, or week, or whatever works in your process.
