Hello Again!

I am trying to extract the appointment details from an email and upload the details to an excel table. The tricky part is that there are multiple appointments in the email (see screenshot):

The html to text the output looks like this:

A New Bulk Booking Has Been Submitted!

New Bulk Requests from the TEST family
Time of request: Nov 20, 2024 11:15 am

Appointment: Nov 23, 2024 19:30 pm - Nov 23, 2024 22:30 pm
Sitters: Eva
View Booking Appointment

Appointment: Dec 15, 2024 09:00 am - Dec 15, 2024 14:00 pm
Sitters: Joy
View Booking Appointment

Appointment: Dec 17, 2024 15:00 pm - Dec 17, 2024 18:00 pm
Sitters: Julia
View Booking Appointment

I would like the table to look like this (see screenshot):

I can easily complete this operation when only 1 appointment is booked with the expression trim(first(split(last(split(body('Html_to_text'),'appointment:')),'sitter:')))

The other part that adds a curve ball is that the amount of appointments that come through could be anywhere between 2 and 30 appointments.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do, but it seems redundant.

I simply used the Select and Parse JSON actions for when multiple appointments are booked. Not sure if this is the most efficient way to get the info, but it works!  Like I said, Single appointments are a piece of cake.
