Hello Team,
Follow the steps listed below as is and you will be able to get the flow working.
Step 1 - Scheduled flow that triggers every 3 days
Step 2 - Get items
Get all the items in the list.
Step 3 - Condition to check if Status is Pending or Approved and if Pending send an email with the link to that item
This is it. This is all you need to do and for each item that has a status pending you will receive an email with the Item ID as well as link to the item, so you can directly open the item from the email itself.
