Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

The steps below have been accomplished with the use of Power automate and SharePoint Integrated Power apps Form and Canvas Power apps Form. However, I’d like to accomplish task 3-5 using Canvas Power apps Form instead of the SharePoint Integrated Power apps Form.

User completes Power Apps Form (Canvas Power Apps Form) that automatically creates a row in a List 1 with 10 items (Fields).
List 2 is automatically created from List 1. List 2 automatically carries over 2 items from list 1. Additionally, there are 2 new items in list 2 that are blank.
2 days later, an email is automatically sent to the same user with a link to a different Power Apps Form (Sharepoint List Integrated Power Apps Form). This form mirrors all 4 items in List 2. Therefore 2 fields in the form are pre-populated and 2 are blank.
User complete those 2 blank fields and submits
Form submission automatically populates that same row.

My question pertains to steps 3-5. The SharePoint List Integrated Power Apps Form brings users back to the share point site to complete the List Form. We’d prefer to use a Canvas Power Apps Form as it wouldn’t bring users back to the share point site. However, I don’t know how to link the Canvas Form up to the list so it will have the same functionality as the Share Point Integrated List Form.

I’d need the row from List 2 to automatically create a link that would direct the user to that Canvas Form. And I’d need that form to automatically populate everything in that row and allow the user to complete those remaining 2 blank fields. Additionally, I’d need that same row to be automatically populated upon submitting the form.

Is this possible? If so, can you assist? I'd like to have the exact same functionality. I've seen gallery tutorials but i dont want the user to have to search for their event. I’ve also included a screenshot of the power automate flow that currently works for steps 3-5 using the SharePoint Integrated Form.
