CDS Bulk update in Canvas App

Hi, 

I am using ForAll for updating multiple records from a grid.

This works perfectly but the update is slow as it updates each record one by one.

 

Can anybody help me in updating every record in one go, so the update is fast and wont take much time.

 

Any help is appreciated.

    You can consider UpdateIf(), but note this will only work on a filtered number of records up to your Delegation limit.

    Hi @WarrenBelz ,

     

    I am collecting only updated records from the gallery in a collection. Now, I am using ForAll for iterating each records, and in that I am using UpdateIf to update the records. But ForAll allows only one by one update of the records, this doesn't helps me.

    @tjalui ,

    Without seeing your code, it is hard to comment further, however you are correct that ForAll iterates through records and can be slow on large data sets. Unfortunately this is not SQL.
