I have a Power Automate for Office 365 and Power Apps for Office 365 (Plan 3 of Micrisift 365 E5) license in which I carry out app development perfectly, I am even using Dataverse, however, when I put the app to play, Power Apps asks to have a license. Is this normal?

I'm concerned about the instant flows I've created that are triggered by the app. Will users be able to use them?

When I use Studio for testing, it works great. I just think it's strange that it asks for a license when I start to play in the app, it asks for a license, and even Dataverse I'm using to do the development.

Am I forgetting some setting? If so, which one and where do I activate it?
