43I have a Microsoft lists in which during the first 8 days of the month, all months have to enter a value:
Month Value
January 89
February 78
March 98
April 78
May
- I would like to send a monthly reminder on the 1st of each month to a manager to enter the number in the value column every month, that as soon as this data is entered a request for approval to another person is created and, if it is not approved, the number of the value entered is deleted and another reminder is sent again saying that his request has been rejected and he must enter the data again before the 8th of each month.
- In addition, I would like that both the last data of the Value column and the Trend column appear in another Sharepoint list called "Summary" that contains the name of the previous list, a column called Value and another column called Trend; for example_
List name Value Trend
Applications 10 Descending
Clothing 20 Ascending
So that each time you add a number to the Value column of the "Applications" list, that last added number is updated in the Value column of the "Summary" list and the equal Trend column is updated in the Value column of the "Summary" list.
- I would also like the person in charge to only be able to edit the value column, only have editing permissions for the first 8 days of each month and then not be able to edit the list again until the next month from day 1 to day 8 of that month.
But if the result of the approval request is Rejected, then the editing permissions should be extended until the 15th of each month and then he/she should not have access again until the following month; but if the result of the approval request is Approved, then the 8th of each month should be the last day that he/she can edit in that month.
