Dataverse table permissions issue

Hi All,

I have developed an Canvas App with DataVerse as backend. Created multiple tables and flows. The app is deployed on to the Prod environment and added users to environment and shared the App with users. I have created a clone of the Basic user Security Group and added Org level permissions on the custom entities.  And users are added to the Cloned Security Group. 

 

My users are facing 2 different issues.

1. Users are NOT able to see the production environment from the "Environment" dropdown.

2. Few users are able to see the environment(Not sure how). When they add any records via the application, they get permission issue.

Please suggest to fix this issue.

    For the second issue the missing permissions are on the entity RR, Please check the role that you have assigned to the users this looks clearly as missing permissions.

     

    For the users unable to see the environment Please make sure you follow the below steps and make sure they have a proper license.
