Cannot edit items with hardcoded dropdowns

Hello friends,

 

I created a powerapp which has several hardcoded dropdown and few fields where users can add comments. When I was trying to edit existing records my hardcoded dropdowns stop to work properly and they start to show me first records of my dropdowns. Can someone help me with this? Screenshots attached below.
