Patch function based on combo box as record

Hi! im trying to update fields from a record using Combo box as a record but it gives me an error. What am I missing here? please help, thank you.

    Try this:

    Patch(Payroll, First(Filter(Payroll, ID = cbEmployeeName.Selected.ID)), .... the rest of your code

    You left out the ID after cbEmployeeName.Selected and the phrase should be ID=cbEmployeeName.Selected.ID
