How to skip opening Run Flow Panel in SPO when running for selected item?

Hi Community,

I need help for this,

I have created button in Sharepoint Online list that runs flow for corresponding item and I would like it to be more user friendly and skip all the Run Flow Panel confirmation to really run flow and so on. It takes time to appear and load so it would be much better to simply run the flow instantly after clicking the button.

I have the same question (0)

    Hey  @fgonzalez515

Please try adding "RUN only users" - You can find more details at - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/How-to-hide-a-instant-flow-for-some-users-from-the-ribbon/td-p/674148

    Hi @fgonzalez515 ,

Do you mean you would like to customize a button to trigger the "for selected item" flow directly, rather than click on "Automate" button and then pick a flow in that list?

If so, refer to below link for guidance:

Trigger Flow on selected Listitem from SharePoint view - create button with JSON column formatting - Code2care 2023

However, although you can click this button to trigger the flow avoiding "Automate" list, you will still see this pop-out and click on "Run flow" to continue.

emmmm...the reference I shared is about how to customize this button which I think won't help you much under your scenario...

And bad news is the window of "run flow" is inevitable.

You can post your advice here to ask Microsoft to make a progress maybe:
