Hello,
is there any possibility to count the visitors / calls of my app? I would like to have a counter on the home screen to show how much/often the app is used from our employees..

There is no out-of-box method for you to count how many visitors of your app.
As an alternative method, Analytics report. may help to monitor this in the past 30 days.
This report gives you the ability to track how many users are using your app over the past 30 days broken down by day, device platform and location. Unfortunately, this report only shows a maximum of 30 days of data. You can check the report in this way:
If you think this is not enough, I would suggest you save all the visitors into a data source, then you can access information in the data source.

I normally use another SharePoint site to track the usage who when time date something like if you want I can show you how to implement, let me know

Here is an example it is powerful will record all usage without needing any other tools or flow assistance, remember PowerApps is made mostly excel and work similar so that means do not hesitate to try it so many things you will get away with it within PowerApps, without needing any assistance like flow etc.
Thank you for your answer. My problem is that all the above solutions violate data protection. Because the last caller of the app is always stored in the (e.g. Sharepoint) lists (created by, modified by). These columns are generated automatically and must not exist according to the works council. So this seems to be an additional requirement for the potential solution...
