I am creating a html template in PowerApp and I need the put the start date and time as 2 separate value e.g. (2024-08-02T04:00:00Z)

You can use a formatdatetime function for this.

For the Date portion of the start date via an expression like the below
formatdatetime(item()['StartDate'], 'yyyy-MM-dd')

For the Time portion you can use the below expression

formatdatetime(item()['StartDate'], 'HH:mm')

Or you can use one expression if you just need a space character between the two

formatdatetime(item()['StartDate'], 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm')
