Hi,
We have a CRM software with built in reports under Reports section.
I want to know if I can use flow to goto the CRM web link, enter username and password and goto 'Reports' section and run the report with the input parameters and save the report in a folder.
Is it possible to do?
The short answer is yes, it sounds perfectly possible. But without access to your CRM I can't be any more specific.
Try using the browser and UI automation steps to
1. start the browser
2. Load the CRM web page
3. Login
4. Navigate to the Reports
5. Run/save the report
