Hi team,

Please Assist,

I have configured the flow as follows: the system correctly associates the attachments with each ID. However, when sending the reminder emails, it combines all the attachments together.

For example, ID 1 has 3 attachments and ID 2 has 1 attachment. But when sending the reminder emails, the system is grouping all the attachments together. (ID 1- comming with 3 attchement, seconed mail ID 2 is coming with 4 attchement)

Hi,

The issue arises because you are using the Append to array variable action, but I don't see that you're clearing the array variable after sending the email. To fix this, you can use the Set variable action. Select the Mail attachments variable, and assign it a null array ({}). This will clear the array after the email is sent, ensuring that only the new attachment details are included in the next email, instead of duplicates.
