Dear Guys
 
I want to know which Power Platform application is best to collect data from simple users that have no licence/subscribtion to Power Platform applications. Simle user just access my application designed via link or QR-code and provide their data via any browser, I deem it is not possinle with PowerApps, but what do you suggest, is Power Page or other, can do it? please, your advice will highly appriciated.

    • Public Access:  Power Pages allows you to create a web-based application that can be accessed by anyone using a link or QR code, without requiring them to have a Power Platform license.

    • Browser-Based Interaction: Users can access the application through any browser on their mobile or desktop devices, making it simple for them to provide data without needing to install additional software.

    • Data Collection:  You can create custom forms for data collection that integrate directly with Dataverse or other data sources. This ensures that the data submitted by users is captured and stored securely.

    • No Licensing Requirement for External Users:  External users, like customers or public users, can interact with your Power Pages application without needing Power Platform licenses.
