SharePoint list column type: choice (Dropdown) , how to populate it via PowerApps

Hi,

 

I have a SharePoint list with a choice-type-column. There i can allow manual values that are not defined in the choices.

Now i want my PowerApp to do the same, except it throws me an error:

"An entry is required or has an invalid value. Please correct and try again."

Isn't it enough to define that in SharePoint or do i have to add something in PowerApps.

    Hi @Anonymous '

     

    Can you try to modify the "Update" property of your datacard as:
    {Value: DataCardValue8.SearchText}
     
    Here, DataCardValue8 refers to the control for Nach DataCard.
