How to prevent power automate multiple flow triggers on when an item created in dataverse

Hello,

I am having an issue with flow triggering multiple times when an item is created in data verse, I'm submitting the data from canvas app to data verse and i've the flow trigger condition is on when an item created or modified, i found this is happening only when a file is attached to the file type column in data verse, if there are two file type columns, and if files were attached to those columns it triggers 2 more times extra and total 3 flow runs, if i don't attach any files to the file type columns then it triggers only once.

please help if anyone has a solution to prevent this from triggering multiple times when files attached to the file type columns.

pls try the following steps:

Open your flow in Power Automate. Navigate to the trigger step (When an item is created or modified). Add a trigger condition by clicking the three dots (•••) and selecting Settings. Use the following condition to filter out file-related updates: Example Trigger Condition (adjust as needed for your schema): @equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/{ColumnName}'], null)

With this condition, it is not triggering at all, i need the flow trigger only once even when a file attached too.

It might be creating a circular loop in your flow? Limiting what it should trigger on in the Filter section on the trigger can help.

Here is an long filter I made so you can see what is possible:

Remember that lookup fields are written differently in the code if you want t to filter on it (like this: _key_address_value).

How does filtering rows could work?, because that condition must be true to trigger the condition, here in my case i have issue having the flow running more than once only when i attach a file to the file column, if there is no attachment attached it triggers only once when item is added.

i need the flow to be run only once whether there is an attachment or not to the table.
