Is it possible to search 3 different lookup columns within one sharepoint list?

EG. I have two lists

1- Master List containing 3 columns - Red, Green, Blue

2- Child list with 3 lookup columns each reflecting the above colours.

Is it possible to have one drop down field in my power app to search across the 3 columns and return a result to create a entry?
