Hi @T-tern ,

It is most likely due to portal cache. If you are the owner / system admin of your environment.

Then you can log in to the following URL:

https://yourportal/_services/about

2. Then you can see Clear Cache at the bottom of the screen.

3. Once cleared wait for few minutes until the portal is refreshed. Then using portal studio refresh the page and press the sync configuration button. Then try to insert the element.
