Requirements for an entity and fields to be able to use with DisplayFields=2

Hello,

What are the requirements for an entity and fields to be able to use with DisplayFields=2 on drop down control?

I created nonstandard entity but I can not change properties "Value1" and "Value2" for "Default" on DataCard.

Working example is "Sales Invoice" on Common Data Service. This entity has a relationship "Account" to entity "Account" and "Value1" and "Value2" for "Default" on "DataCard" may assume values "AaccoudID" or "FullName".

    Hi MarcelLee,

Do you want to change the Value1 and Value2 for Default on DataCard?
When using Custom entities, we can change properties Value1 and Value2 for Default on DataCard. But it seems that we are not able to change the lookup field of Standard entities.

    My steps for a reference:
    1. Create two custom entities, T1 and T2.
    2. Add Primary id and a field say Test2 to default lookup field group of T2.

    3. Create a Relationship from T1 to T2.
    4. Create an app based on T1, then I can see two fields in the Lookup field on T2.

If I misunderstood you, please feel free correct me.

    Best regards,

    Hi Mabel,

    Thank you, helped 🙂

I did not know that the fields have to add to the group "Default Lookup".

Do you know where the groups of fields are documented?

    Regards
