Azure VM - update existing VM (assign user, update port, etc.)

Hi,

 

Is it possible to update existing Virtual Machine using Power Automate? For example to assign person to VM? 

I see connectors like Azure Resource Manager or Azure VM:

but I am not sure if these connector can be user for VM updates.
