Dear Community,

We are struggling to identify the web controls ( dom structure ) with in SAP HCM Cloud portal application ( https://hcm12preview.sapsf.eu ), does any one has any solution to work in SAP HCM Cloud portal ( or ) any tips and tricks to work ( or ) any pre requisite to automate these kind of applications ?

Thanks for your response and sorry for delay response.
I am unable to set a drop down value with in this SaaS SAP Success Factor application and able to set the value manually, I checked the browser trace and Network, I am unable to see any request if the application accessed through PAD flow but able to see the XHR request when we access through manually.

suspect SAP is blocking the PAD flow or PAD flow is unable to execute the Success Factor scripts.

any clue or any earlier experience with this application automation ?

I accessed your link and at least the first page looks like a normal HTML one:

I know you probably have a problem way further than this step but basically if it is a normal HTML content, then you'll be able to capture its elements. Now, if you have embedded elements (like a video player or a PDF viewer) interacting with those elements will demand UI actions and not web-related ones. If it is a virtualized application, then neither of those will work: in this case you'll have to automate with image or OCR-related actions.
