    It looks as though you need help for a specific app at your workplace.

    This is primarily a forum for app builders who are building Power Apps. If this is an app that you are building and you can provide us with formulas and details, we can help you further.

    Otherwise, I recommend that you speak to a manager or a person in your organisation that manages your RCM app.
