Hi,
We are looking at moving some old "Team Member" licensed users over to the PowerApps P2 license but a requirement is that they would need access to the App for Outlook. I can't find details around if this is possible or if this license plan restricts the use of the App for Outlook - can anyone point me in the right direction?

Could you please show more details about "they would need access to the App for Outlook"? Outlook App Client in your Mobile device?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think the PowerApps Licenses would not restrict the use of the App for Outlook.
PowerApps licenses would affect the functionality usage within your PowerApps rather than the use of App for Outlook. The usage of the App for Outlook is based on the Office 365 licenses the user owns.
