Need assistance in creating a flow with power automate

Hello everyone.
 
I am new to SharePoint (I've been using it for two months) and am having some difficulties.
 
I want to ask the community for assistance (steps) to create a simple flow that will automatically send expired announcements on my home page to an Archives folder.  
 
I've looked at some videos on Youtube, and while they were helpful in some ways, it did not help me with my specific question.
 
Can one of you share your expertise with me?

    I can show you how to copy the announcement to a new list and delete the original entry.  However, unless there are a huge number of items in the list, you may be better of simply controlling what appears on you home page by editing the SharePoint view.  Filter the view such that old/expired announcements do not appear.
