Hi,

Posted in a solved post already html table format columns as rows but I thought i'd create a separate post in case the solved post doesn't get looked at (sorry in advance for the duplication!

I'm trying to create an HTML table for an OutlookV2 email. The data is taken from an SP List and I need the table to contain 3 columns of information:

  • Assessment Criteria - Hardcoded Text
  • Score - SP Number column
  • Narrative - SP Text column

I've given a sample of the data below and how I need it to look. Is what I'm looking to achieve possible?  Help greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

    Hi @Jamesbb93

You can use the action "Create HTML Table" and attach it to the email. For example, I have this list.

The flow should look like this.

And this is the email that I received.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Kind regards.

    @AnthonyAmador

Thanks for your response and apologies for the delay in responding.

I maybe didn't explain my requirement enough.

I have a SP List and a new line item is created every-time a training report is generated. A training report consists of multiple columns. I've created a new table below, which I hope better explains the email I want to generate

    Assessment Criteria

    *Hard Coded*

    Score

    *Column in SP List*

    Narrative

    *Column in SP List*

Avoiding Action[Avoiding Action Score Column][Avoiding Action Narrative Column]
    Scan[Scan Score Column][Scan Score Narrative]
Division of Attention[Division of Attention Score][Division of Attention Narrative]
Service Policy and Regs[Service Policy and Regs Score][Service Policy and Regs Narrative]
Local Orders and Instructions[Local Orders and Instructions Score][Local Orders and Instructions Narrative]

The SP List looks like this:

I appreciate any responses in advance.
