Bringing a specific list item's details into a canvas app

Hi there! 

 

I have created a list in SharePoint called Customer and Organisation groups that has 5 main fields called Team, Nil / Negligible, Low, Medium and High each having multiple lines of text displaying excluding Team which just has the name of the team. This list has a large number of items. 

 

I have then created a canvas app which has multiple different screens that hold details of different teams, based on what screen a person is in, I want to be able to display the details held about that team in the canvas app. I've brought the data in and have added a gallery for it to sit in but I only want it to display one of the items not all of them.

 

I'm very new to power app so any help about this would be super appreciated 🙂

    Hi @MakaMayla ,

     

    Gallery control is used to display multiple items.

    Form control is used to display the detail of one item.

    If you want to show some of the items from your sp list, please try the Filter function in items attribute.

    If you want to show the detail of one item, please set the form's datasource and item attribute.
