I have created master list called "expense master" and child list called "expensedetails"
while trying to create submit formula, I supposed copy the data from collector to childlist "expense details" but errors popping up showing in the screenshots. Please help

Can you try to update the expression to:
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1);ForAll(RenameColumns(Details,"Title","Title1"), Patch([@'Expense Details'],Defaults([@'Expense Details']),{Title: Title1}))
You also need to rename the column because Title:Title will not work.
