does anyone know whether it's possible to make issue records visible only for their author's and channel's owner?

Hi @alevtina ,

You can Use the Filter Query.
Like below.
Filter(ListName,Author.Email=User().Email);

Another way - if you have createdBy Column in your List.
Filter(ListName,CreateBy.Email=User().Email);
