When keywords are mentioned flow stopped working like 2 days before and it isn't working even recreating it. any idea why is it doing that?

    I'm having the same issue, Keyword and New message on chat channel not working.
    I have 2 flows which stopped working 2 days ago. 
    I tried to: duplicate flow, fresh connector, creating a new flow.
    Does anyone have a ticket opened with MS?
