Post an approval or rejection of an approval process in power automate. Is there a way i can stop the auto triggering of the response which was selected. I want to send a custom message for the same. As i am using a approval inside do until and i don't want to register the response until certain criteria is met.

I am not sure I am following what you are asking, but I think you're looking for Create an approval. This will send the approval, and the flow will continue without waiting for a response.

How do you then plan to get the outcome of the approval? I use this when I want to run something in parallel to the approval, but I follow the Create an approval action with the Wait for an approval action in the parallel branch:

The do until loop is checking if the comment has been entered.

I want the approval to happen with a comment which is mandatory.

To do this I am using the do until but when someone approves it without comment it accepts the approval but then resends for approval until he does add a comment and approves the same.

I want to get rid of the auto email sent.
