Creating a screen view of a sharepoint list answer that is text but has brackets and quotes i want to remove

The List column is a text field

This is one of the values: ["High School Graduate","College/University"]

How can i get it show on a text label in powerapps without the [" "]

I would prefer it to show like this: High School Graduate, College/University

It got rid of the "" now i just need it to get rid of the brackets.
It dispays as [High School Graduate, College/University]
